Edible Oil Bleaching Plants Filling Pressure: 2 Bar

We have established ourselves as a dependable firm, committed toward manufacturing, exporting and supplying an Edible Oil Bleaching Plants in Pune, Maharashtra, India. As the name implies, Bleaching removes coloring matters. In addition to coloring matters, it also removes residual phosphatides, metal contaminants, soaps and oxidation products. Before Bleaching, we suggest Pre-treatment of neutralized oil with Phosphoric acid and giving some retention before sending oil to Bleacher. This step splits soapstock and traps iron particles, which result in reduction of bleaching earth/chemical consumption. In our Bleaching process, pre-treated oil is mixed with bleaching earth in inline static mixer. From static mixer, oil and bleaching earth slurry enters Bleacher. Our Bleacher is equipped with mechanical agitation and steam sparging for better contact between oil and bleaching earth. Bleacher is kept under vacuum of 710 mm Hg. A minimum retention time of 40 minutes is given to slurry for efficient contact and adsorption of color pigments and other impurities on to the Bleaching earth. The slurry is then sent to Pressure Leaf Filters for filtration of bleaching earth from oil, followed by polish filtration. The spent cake is then dried by steam blowing to remove oil from wet cake.
