Dispersion Of Fillers And Rubber Blends

Dispersion and surface analyzer equipment is used for analyzing the dispersion of carbon black in the rubber matrix. The test will be conducted as per ASTM D2663 and ISO 11345 and the procedure lay out by the customers. The filled rubber compound is magnified at 30X and 100X with our equipment and the image is captured based on the dispersion of filler. it is compared with the standard ISO images numbered from 1-10 based on the number of agglomerates and average particle size. The surface of compounded rubber can also be analyzed. Any surface cracks observed during the exposure of sample to Ozone and when it is subjected to testing like tensile, tear. Blooming in the polymer surface can also be seen using our equipment. The machine is fully computer controlled and it will automatically compare the image captured and provide the result. The compatibility between the blend of polymers and the phase separation of polymers can be magnified and it can be captured as an image.
