Digi Stable Therm Autoclave

We offer Digi Stable Therm Autoclave. Triple walled construction with inner, outer chambers and the jacket of autoclave are completely in stainless steel duly polished. The autoclave chamber does not have any heaters at the bottom thus giving more space in the chamber for the sample to be kept. The inner chamber is provided with ports at the bottom and one the sides for the steam to enter from the jacketed portion of the autoclave. The heaters are located at the bottom of the jacket and the water enters the jacket immersing the heaters. The steam generated enters the working chambers through the ports. The lid of the autoclave is made from a single thick SS plate duly polished. The lid contains pressure gauge and two safety valves for the release of the steam. The release valves are set at a pressure between 16-18 psi and the second between 20-22 psi. This enables one to prevent any damage due to excessive pressure developed because of the failure of one safety valve. The autoclave is provided with gauge to indicate water level, water inlet funnel, and water release valve and steam release valve.
