Each reagent is manufactured under strict quality control in compliance with GMP/GLP protocols. Water content is kept minimized through the utilization of specialty filling equipment under inert atmosphere. Solutions are micro-filtered through 0.2 A Aum membranes to eliminate particulate contamination.Purity is maintained using Karl-Fischer coulometry, GC-MS, HPLC and a few other analytical techniques.
1. Acetonitrile Anhydrous (DNA/RNA synthesis Grade)
(DNA/RNA synthesis Grade acetonitrile with high purity (min. 99.9%), low acidity (max. 0.002%) and very low water content (max. 0.005%). The acetonitrile is filtered through 0.2A Aum and lled under inert atmosphere. It is available for both research and large-scale DNA/RNA synthesis.
2. Activator Reagent
(0.25m 5-Ethylthio-1H-Tetrazole/ACN) &
(0.30m 5-Benzyl thio-1H-Tetrazole/ACN)
(DNA/RNA synthesis Grade Activator with high purity and very low water content (max. 0.005%). The Activator is filtered through 0.2A Aum and under inert atmosphere. It is available for both research and large-scale DNA/RNA synthesis.
