Ninhua Group Co., Ltd (abbreviated as AcA A Ninhua GroupAcA A ), formerly referred to as Ningbo Chemicals, Medicines and Healthcare Import and Export Co. established in 1987, was incorporated into Sinochem Group in 1993. It experienced two major structural reforms respectively in 2000 and 2015, gradually growing into a group company dealing in core businesses of Pharmaceutical, Agrochemical, HVAC, Petrochemical, etc. and integrating the sectors of R & D, industries and trade. Upon the completion of the third structural reform in 2017, its business sectors of Pharmaceutical, Agrochemical, HVAC, Resources, Jarder Outdoors were successfully transformed from operating divisions to subsidiaries with independent legal representatives.
