Ans. Bio toilets are decomposition mechanized toilet systems that decomposes human waste in the digester tank with the usage of bacteria which converts the waste into water and methane gas. These toilets save lot of water and keep the stations clean.

Ans. The bio toilets uses special bacteria like anaerobic to convert the waste material into water & gas. Bio digester tanks placed in the toilets are filled with inoculums which contains four types of different bacteria.

Ans. Bio-toilets require less water to flush the human waste whereas traditional toilets consume 10-15 ltr. water in single flush. Apart from saving the water, bio toilets keeps the environment clean.
