Instruments & Chemicals (P) Ltd. also called AcA A INCOAcA A (Regd. brand name) is basically a two family owned company incorporated in 1947 as a Public Company with Limited Liability and amended to Limited Liability Company with private holdings in 1958. The founder director promoters were Mr A.P Jolly & Mr D.P Jain, The current day Directors are 2nd and 3rd generation members of the same family i.e. Mr. Pradeep Jain, Mr. Vivek Jolly & Mr. Karan Jolly. Another company by the name of AcA A Inco Instruments & Medical Devices Pvt. Ltd.AcA A was incorporated in 2006 to diversify from traditional scientific-medical (Non clinical use) products to other clinical areas. Mr. Pradeep Jain (50 yrs.) Managing Director of the company is a graduate engineer in production engineering further specialising in instrument design, & with over 25 years of entrepreneurial skills & shop floor management skills under his belt. Mr. Vivek Jolly (60 yrs.) holds a MasterAcA A s degree in finance and has varied experience in International marketing and sales having co-managed a company exporting Home Furnishings, Decorations and Gifts etc. for 23 years, apart from his day to day and financial interest in the present company. Mr. Karan Jolly (30 yrs.) has a MasterAcA A s degree in financial management from the prestigious London School of Economics, London. The companyAcA A s forte is in equipping Medical colleges, Pharmacy colleges and Veterinary colleges in each and every state/province of India since 1947. There is hardly any Medical college out of the 300 odd medical colleges in the country that has not been equipped by us, directly or through our vast dealer network. Since Medical colleges in India have to have attached Hospitals, and since the bureaucratic arrangement for both the College and the Hospital is common, hence our experience in dealing with the AcA A Stores Purchase DepartmentsAcA A of Medical Colleges/Hospitals in India is 69 years old. To keep sales growing, we have always, down the many decades, had to endeavour to personally maintain close contact and interactions with senior faculty, Head of departments & introduce to them new products, technologies, methods etc. across Medical colleges all over the country, while at the same time learning from the same faculties their experiences in their field so that we could be the first to procure and supply required equipment and accessories to fuel it all. Our current team apart from the current promoters includes :- Mr. G Shankar aged 45, a graduate in science He has been the company for over 25 years now, He heads the sales and servicing team in the Southern region of India. He is ably supported bu Mr Bhaskaran in the field. Mr Harishankar aged 68, is graduate in science and an expert in the field of transducer design and biological rhythm recorders, one of the major products manufactured by us. He has been with the company for over 40 years now. Mr. Deepak Gupta aged 43, HeAcA A s the newest highly energetic sales head to join the company, He is heading the sales in the Northern and central region of India. He has 12 years experience in sales and servicing of medical electronics and equipment. He is assisted by Ms. Monica Sharma & Mr. Rajesh Kumar in sales and servicing. Mr Vikas Mittal aged 39, is a graduate in economics and is in charge of the accounting section assisted by Ms. Neelam Sharma. We have offices in locations such as Ambala, Chandigarh, Delhi & Chennai and an extremely vast network of dealers in almost every city and every state of the country. Besides being our clients, these same dealers, for a small fee, also act as our local office & warehouse whenever required. further, no operation working on a cross country basis in a country as large and varied geographically and linguistically as India can operate without immaculate Logistics. Over the years, our Logistic network, both Inhouse and countrywide works to failsafe precision. The company has a manufacturing facility in Saha, Haryana spread over 27500 sq feet of shop floor and office space, The shop floor has the worldAcA A s latest machines in CNC based manufacturing including CNC sheet metal punching from Germany, CNC bending press from Belgium, CNC Milling and turning from Japan & Korea plus other conventional machines for welding, painting & powder coating etc.
