GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL MECHANISM
Infocom Network Private Limited carries out various business/operations through its Trade India portal having domain www.tradeindia.com of Trade India (referred hereinafter as ‘TI’). Accordingly, it is informed that TI renders extent of services to various Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs) or Registered Entities (Res) as is defined under Digital Lending Guidelines of RBI, all of these Res are governed by RBI, TI facilitates variety of services as outsourcing partner or agent such as sourcing of borrowers, etc., all such NBFCs are hereinafter referred as ‘TI Partner’). Accordingly, users/customers concerning such services for any customer services related to lending must refer the relevant TI Partner. TI may have different servicing contracts with different TI Partners. For any grievance which are concerning any specific TI Partner, user/customer is advised to refer to grievance mechanism available with the relevant TI Partner. Alternatively, TI may also route your grievance request to relevant TI Partner depending upon grievance on case-to-case basis.
As far as, any grievance pertains to TI services concerning TI Partner, user/customer must use this grievance mechanism and it is our best endeavor to provide seamless customer service regardless of the extent of services offered to TI Partners. Whilst all efforts are taken to ensure you have the best customer experience of this Platform; we consider customer complaints as an important voice of customer.

In case you wish to lodge complaints/issue with regards to Business Loan; you may follow the grievance redressal process of our relevant Partners when appropriate.
