To minimize heat loss from the boiler and to prevent the ingress of rain water, Damper Technology Ltd have a range of stack isolating dampers which are designed for use with stacks from 300mm dia to in unwanted of 7m diameter. The stack identifying damper can be of the butterfly, twin louver, multilouver or twin flap design and can incorporate an automatic pressure reducing system to prevent over pressurization and damage to the turbine.
