STORAGE OF SERTRALINE: Store it in cool and dry place, away from moisture and direct light. Do not store this medicine in bathroom or any humidly place. Keep this medicine at 20A C to 25A C. Keep away this medication from too heat and direct light.

APPLICATIONS OF SERTRALINE: Sertraline is used to treatment of depression, panic attack, social phobia and anxiety. It is also used to treatment of post-traumatic stress disorder.

HOW TO USE: Take a one tablet of Sertraline in a one day. You can take Sertraline with or without food by mouth. Take every day at any time for better improvement.

HOW SERTRALINEWORKS: Sertraline work by increasing the levels of a mood-enhancing chemical called serotonin in the brain.

CONTRAINDICATIONS: Kindly avoid Sertraline if you have a low amount of sodium or potassium in your blood. PHARMACOKINETIKS OF SERTRALINE: Absorption is slowly when Sertraline is taken by mouth. Half life of Sertraline is 22 to 36 hours. Sertraline is deeply metabolized in the liver.
Peak plasma concentration of Sertraline is approximately 20 mg/L to 55 mg/L. 12% to 14% Sertraline is excreted in the feces.

SIDE EFFECTS OF SERTRALINE: Most common side effects of Sertraline are nausea, Diarrhea, constipation and vomiting. PRECAUTION: Do not take disulfiram (Antabuse) while taking sertraline oral concentrate.
