Coated Laminating Overlay Film With Glue

Our organization is manufacturing and exporting Coated Laminating Overlay Film With Glue in Shanghai, China. PVC inkjet printing laminated adhesive films' main content is polyvinyl chloride, laminated film have with gum kind and without gum kind, currently small laminating machine are all use adhesive films(with gum). Its surface is coated with a layer of hot-melt gum, to make it have a good absorb effect with PVC card printing film base or white sheets. The main function is to cover two sides of the PVC card, after heating and pressing from the laminate sheets, forming the PVC cards very bright surface, enhanced the adhesion between white PVC card and coating, adhesive film have front adhesive and back don't adhesive, please don't use opposite.

2. Card making processing:
1,put the printed sandwich layer aline with adhesive films and then put into the laminate machine.(please note adhesive side inside).
2,Laminated time usually is 10-15 minute,pressure is 6-8MPa,temperature 120-140.
3,put the laminated sheet out then cutting and punch card
Please Note:laminate temperature, pressure need to according to the actual situation, Under the premise of without damage the high the better.
