Based on this material, the new developed product comparing with the anti-spalling alumina bricks KBL-70 or silicon-mullite bricks, reduced the bulk density, and its thermal expansion properties and thermal shock resistance are strengthened, its alkali resistance is much better and it has low thermal conductivity. It can meet the requirements of large scale development of cement kiln. Due to reduce the bulk density, it can reduce the material purchasing cost and the kiln load,which aslo lower the system power consumption. As the lower thermal conductivity, the kiln heat loss will be reduced, which can saving energy and reducing consumption.
