Soluble And Neat Cut Oil

Soluble And Neat Cut Oils are excellent for usage in cutting operations on ferrous and non ferrous metals. These Soluble & Neat Cut Oil are superior emulsifying cutting oils, compounded by use of fine petroleum base and special emulsifiers. To form stable emulsion, the oil should always be added to the water with continuous stirring. The proportion may somewhat vary depending upon the hardness of the water and the application areas. We recommend a higher proportion of our lubricant for harder water or for grinding process. The general mix ratio of our Soluble & Neat Cut Oil is 1:20 dilution in water for heavy jobs and 1:30 dilution in water for light jobs, up to 400 to 600 ppm of hard water.

* Appro Sol XL: It is an organic lubricant, which is easily miscible in water giving a strong and stable emulsion in water up to 600 ppm hardness. It carries biocides and inhibitors offering resistance against bio-degradation, rust and bacterial growth in the emulsion. This oil has excellent cooling and lubricating properties, which provides perfect surface finish and minimizes tool wear.
