Water Base Shoe Adhesive 1025 is water base polyurethane dispersion which is a kind of anionic and thermal activation adhesive. 1. Surface treatment: firstly, distinguish material quality. To do some suitable Treatment for the surface of adhesive materials before using such as oil removing and derusting, moisture removing and polishing etc. Oil removing can make the surface of adhesive materials looks like no oil, impurity and other pollution material. Decontamination can use 120# gasoline tianna water, methylbenzene or acetic ether etc.General polishing lightly polished with No. 0 or No. 1 sandpaper.Use different agents for different materials, the optional standard is "like dissolves like", and its purpose is to increase the adhesion of PU material.
2. To coat according to different materials: usually, one time is okay, but it is suggested to coat two times for mushy material.
3. Operation processi to distinguish adhesive materials exactly--surface decontamination--to add suitable treating-agent--drying i 70a X3-5i --coating--drying i 70a X4-5a i --gluing--Pressing--cooling--arrangement--packing.
