Double Feed Rod Mill

Our offering range of Double Feed Rod Mill uses double feeding, increasing the working efficiency, which is equivalent to a rod mill with double capacity. This machine is always used to replace the two stage crusher to do fine crushing, but its maintenance cost is far less than crusher.

Application :
Double feed rod mill, is new equipment, developed by our factory technical personnel according to different customers' needs. It has both the function of crushing and grinding. Due to the both ends feeding and middle bin discharging, the crushing efficiency is greatly increased the output is 2 times of the common rod mill. Using double feed way makes the material fineness after grinding is greater than ordinary rod mill. So double feed rod mill is always used to make sand or crushing minerals that are easy to achieve monomer solution. The way of both ends feeding and middle bin discharging make materials enter the mill ends at the same time, both ends can work alone. When materials were broken and grinding into a certain size, then discharged from the middle bin outside the mill, thus the whole working process is finished.
