ENG Plastics is a privately owned dynamic company, founded in 2000 as an international reselling/trading company of industrial plastic raw materials. We have been performing in the plastic material industry since the early nineties and we are mainly specialized in Polyethylene ABS,PC and Polypropylene raw material. Worldwide product sourcing and well established links with suppliers make ENG Plastics an excellent partner for plastic processors and converters. We are very concerned by the future of our planet so we also focus on regrinds and regranulates from post industrial and post consumer waste. ACTIVITIES: 1. Blending project: Sourcing material from all over the world, -A-a both granules and regrinds and both post industrial as post consumer scraps -A-a to make customer/tailor made materials. Mostly these blends are PP or PE (HD/LD/LLD) or even combinations. Because of our technical expertise in these materials we offer our customers the best product at the best price available and maybe most important on a continuous basis. All the materials are blended in our own blending silos and are thoroughly tested in our lab to ensure quality. Currently we have three external warehouse locations; near to Brussels and Antwerp (Belgium) and Bergen Op Zoom (The Netherlands) 2. Off spec a near to prime materials (granules) Buying offgrades, near prime or spot prime directly from different producers a materials who dona t comply to a certain certificate for a specific application or who have a (small) deviation on the datasheet. Those materials are always granules and most of the time packed in a 25kgs bags, octabins, bigbags or bulk. Materials are repacked if necessary and will be sold in the local market or exported to the Far East when sales are not allowed in the EU (on request of the producer). We always maintain a strategic stock in our warehouse to ensure the supply to our customers and have sufficient feedstock for our blending operation. 3. Recycling a trading activity Buying recycled materials directly from scrap/waste processing plants and selling them to our customers. Some of our customers are investing to process recycled materials directly in their machines (injection mold a thermal form -A-a a ). Materials can be both postindustrial or post-A-a consumer (baled, agglomerate or in regrind). For ex. HDPE crate regrind a mono color a like a Coca-A-a Cola Reda or a Heineken Greena or HDPE bottle caps.
