ELECTRO SERVICE (INDIA) started its operation with manufacturing of Transformers and Chokes for industrial applications in 1987. Within a very short period it has earned the unflinching patronage of discerning users which include Giant Steel Plants, Electricity Boards, Large Public Sectors, Multinationals, National Laboratories and a number of quality conscious Medium & Small Scale Industries. ESI then diversified in the field of Power Electronics in 1996 and developed thyristor based Battery Chargers and AC Power Controller for wide industrial use. ESI has more than 3000 prestigious installations all over the country and abroad. In 2010 ESI developed SMPS based battery chargers and after that with time ESI developed SMPS based Battery Chargers for E-Rickshaw. Charging profile of these E-Rickshaw Battery Chargers are controlled by Micro-controller and typically designed for rough environment. Today ESI is an ISO 9001-2008 company having fully equipped workshop at Behala Industrial Estate, Kolkata and is considered to be one of the leading manufacturers of modern Battery Chargers in India.
