Mountain Climbers

In a plank position, alternately bring the knees to the chest at a very high speed. These are coupled exercises that ensure increased metabolic rate and fat burning at the abdomen.

While lying down, raise your legs in a bicycle movement, and twist your body to touch the opposite elbow with the knee. Deep inside these movements are your abs and obliques.

Bicycle Crunches

Plank to Push-Up

Initiate by an extended arm plank, and then push up one arm at a time to move into a full plank. Both simultaneously strengthen the core and tone the stomach areas.
