These Red Lentils Sorter are available in both Monochromatic as well as Bichromatic versions for colour sorting of Robusta and Arabica Coffee beans.
Using advanced high resolution line scan Cameras, the product to be sorted is scanned at upto 6000 scans per second producing a very high resolution image of the object.
The resultant image is display edona TFT screen for online view in go for the product.
The product data is compared with user preset parameters to reject the defective product using ultra fast pneumatic ejectors.
The S-4001 is fully computer controlled with automatic calibration and self check procedures.
Instant change over from one product sort to another is possible, using pre-stored sorting Algorithms.
