HINDHIVAC Belt Drive Rotary Vacuum Pumps are suitable for research as well as industrial applications. These water cooled vacuum pumps are specially designed for continuous vacuum pumping operations.

Raw materials are chosen keeping in view of the continuous pumping requirements. Pressure tight, special grade, fine grain castings and high carbon steel for internal parts are hardened and ground to close tolerances. These rotary vacuum pumps ensure noise and vibration at negligible minimum levels.

Compactness and minimum oil charge are the highlights of the design feature. The double stage vacuum pumps have gas ballast facility to pump most condensible vapours without any notable oil contamination. A filter is incorporated in the gas ballast valve to prevent atmospheric dirt from entering the pump. An ant suck-back facility prevents oil entering the system in the event of pump being switched off due to power failure.
