Roof Sandwich Panels

We are engaged in manufacturing, exporting and supplying excellent quality Roof Sandwich Panels to our valuable clients.
Nowadays because of high energy costing, roof sandwich panels with more heat-insulating core of polyurethane ( PU) rigid foam are the first choice. There are three layers in PU sandwich panel roof; Up & down layer and with PU insulating core. The polyurethane foam has good cohesion to other layer so that a three layer panel can be considered as one and integrated object. As shown in below figure, this kind of sandwich panel installs in different structures.

Internal and external layers are made from galvanized, aluzinc, steel, aluminum, copper & p.v.c sheet. Injection polyurethane foam has fire resistance of B1 or B2 in DIN 4102 standard and with density of 40kg/m3. According to the customers order, the thickness is between 15 to 250 mm, and the width is between 90 to 110 cm, in optional length and various colors.
