Used Oil Refinery

Used Oil Refinery is a mobile short path thin film evaporator with flash distillation unit mounted on castor wheel. It incorpoated all the parameters as specified by pollution control boards for re-refining of used oil
namely
decantation and heating to affect phase seperation of oil and free water
flash distillation to remove light oil and dissolved moisture
short path thin film evaporator for seperation in rerefined oil and oil carbon residue.
Used oil should be as per schedule 5.
The advantage is it occupies less space .
It is continuous process .
There is no storage .
The oil is heated to high temperature in seconds.
It occupies only 300 to 600 sq.Ft area.
Capacity available are 60 lph,120 lph,210 lph.
Products seperated are :
water
light oil
rerefined oil
oil carbon residue
for enhancing properties of oil for colour,smell further treatment with clay or solvent extraction is possible.
The seperated water is used as top up for cooling circulating water.
It uses electrical heating ,so a clean process no flue gas are generated.
The output from vacuum pump is passed through thermal oxidiser and furthur vapours are cooled so there is no release of voc and all norms of pollution control are met.
