These Optical Sorter for Frozen Vegetables, Fruit and Berries developed as a colour and shape sorter, used directly after the freezer tunnel in the frozen vegetable, fruit or berry processing lines to effectively remove gross and subtle blemishes.
Fruit & Berry Sorting:
Minimizes product damage and ensures contaminants such as sticks, stones, insects, plastics, packing material, broken bits, cardboards, extraneous vegetable matter (EVM) and foreign material (FM) are efficiently removed.

Vegetable Sorting:
Efficiently removes unwanted gross and subtle colour defects, husk, core, leaves, spot defects, EVM such as pods from peas, stalks, sticks and stems from green beans, miss-cuts, loose leaf, under or over sized pieces, remnants of loose skin, and foreign material such as insects, stones, packaging materials; wood, cardboard and plastics.
