Grassimesse 2020 is an international forum for applied arts and product design. It stands in the tradition of, founded in 1920 and became famous as the "meeting place of the modern" historical Grassi FAIRS. Since its foundation in 1997 it takes place annually on the last weekend of October. The Grassimesse invites you to look, Browse and buy. Artisans, designers and companies offer unique, small batch and exemplary industrial products, among others, in the fields of textile, fashion, jewelery, ceramics, glass, furniture, metal, leather, paper and toys. The GRASSIMESSE reflected so that the world of ideas and diversity of contemporary applied arts, promoted artistic development and raises awareness of design quality. Through selection and the international orientation Grassimesse allows a comprehensive look at innovations and trends, but also on long-term developments. The experiment is therefore just as important as the artistic performance.

Exhibitor Product Profile

Exhibitor showcase their products on Arts and Crafts, Decoration, Home & Office Design, Furniture, Lighting, Handicraft Products. Theme and concern of Grassimesse are elite and promote quality. The selection of participants, therefore, reached by a special jury. This annually awards four prizes that support the quality of the fair. The GRASSIMESSE is an event of the Grassi Museum for Applied Arts and takes place in the renovated and modernized Grassi Museum, a major building complex from the Art Deco period. It extends over three exhibition rooms with a total of about 1200 square meters and offers about a hundred exhibitors space.
