Water Based Ant-rust Paint (Wx618)

Water Based Ant-Rust Paint (WX618) is an advanced product at the international technique level, and it is applicable to the corrosion resistance treatment of the rusted steel parts. It is widely used to the manufacture and maintenance of the equipment in use such as steel structure, tunnel and bridge, establishment of city construction, high-speed road, railway,ship,shipside, petroleum, metallurgy, chemical engineering and so on. It can serve as priming paint treatment with anti-rusting and rust-inhibitoring before painting. It can be used as the paint with anti-rusting and rust inhibitoring alone,too. Product mechanism: all are anti-rust primer on the market now is to only cover the rust physically. That is to remove the rust by the sand blasting, then coat the surface with anti-rust primer with old technology. BUT WX618 water-based rust transformation primer has chemical reaction with the rust. After 20 minutes of the process, the rust turns into black primer. That is rust is part of the raw materials during this chemical reaction. This primer and the hydrogen bonding interaction between the iron material is the largest. The effect can never be reached by the physically covery as other old primer.
