We design the plate corrugated to get high film conducting coefficient. The special flow passage made by corrugated plate can make strong erratic flow (impingement flow). The self-purification effect of erratic flow will protect the plate from fouling. This makes the corrugated plate with high conducting coefficient.

For the sealing device between plates, there are 2 sealing guards and
signal hole. Once ita s leaking, the inner medium will be expelled from the heat exchanger. This can avoid mixing two different mediums and warning.

Plate heat exchanger is compacted in design. For the same heat exchanging, it just takes 1/2-1/3 space of shell and tube heat exchanger. Compared with shell and tube heat exchanger, ita s no need to leave large space for repairing tube. When loosing the fixed screw, you could touch the heat exchanger plate directly. Ita s easy to remove and install.
