Applications:
Low pressure die casting and counter pressure die casting of molten aluminum, aluminum alloys, magnesium alloys and copper alloys; zinc smelting.
Typical chemical analysis: SiC: > 72.00%; Si3N4: >25.00%; Free-Si: < 0.20%; Fe2O3: < 0.15%.

Porosity: < 11%;
Bulk Density: > 2.60 g/cm3;
Compressive Strength: > 175 MPa;
Flexural Strength: > 70 MPa;
Thermal Conductivity (1400 A C): > 16.5 A 10-6 W/ (m?A C);

Maximum Working Temperature: 1550 A C.
