Temperature Control
- By means of digital controller cum indicator to 1C
Safety Features:
- Additional safety thermostat is provided to cut of dry heater supply in case temp. Of overshoot.
- An energy regulator & 3 heat control is also provided to minimize the overshoot & undershooting of temp.
- Electrically heated solid aluminum block oven
- Diaphram pump at the bottom of the chamber develops unique preheated air flow system which ensures maximum uniform temp. & humidity condition inside each cell changes per hour through all the cells. Unique air flow assures quick recovery after door openings.
- All the switches and controls are located conveniently on the bottom stand.
- Air flow is regulated through a rotameter of suitable range.
- The equipment is incorporated with Electrical timer 999 hrs with battery backup.
- The unit is supplied with castor wheels for ease of movement.
- Supplied complete with diaphragm pump, rotameter and air filter
- Each cell is provided with double lid..
Additional Features:
- 3 heat control: Either by three heat switch or two tumbler switches
- Energy Regulator: For fine adjustment of the temperature.
- Safety Thermostat: To automatically take over the control in case digital controller fails to operate.
