Usage:
1). Clean surface of material, no oil, grease and dirt on surface.
2). Cut pipe, put on nozzle, squeeze glue with a dispensing gun
Dry bonding: suitable for light material and low pressure joint
Squeeze few lines of glue out like a Za shape, 40 cm distance from 1 line to another; Press the side of material with liquid nails on the surface where it need to be fixed, then pull it open and make it volatilizing for 2-5minutes, and then press them together. Tap slightly around the material side.
Wet bonding: suitable for heavy material
Spread liquid nail as above method, use clamp, iron nail or screws clamp bonding materials; after glue dry(about 24 hours), remove clamp. Liquid nail can move after 20 minutes bonding, adjust bonding position, it will be stable in 2-3 days after bonding, get the best result in 7 days.
