Solution & Service started its journey in May 2014 by a group of friends with technical degree who wanted to do something good. In the beginning a small workshop at Tollygunge, Kolkata was used as the laptop service center cum repairing center. To be frank, at that time Solution & Service Laptop Service was not a brand but what we could gain is the experience through the exposure we got to service laptops and notebooks. We got to understand laptops better than we did.
