Infrared Carbon & Sulfur Analyzer Description:
This Type High-frequency Infrared Carbon & Sulfur Analyzer is suitable for measuring carbon and sulfur in steel, iron, nonferrous metals, cement, ore glass, ceramics and other materials and non-metal materials. This equipment applies high-frequency automatic inductive furnace combustion samples and infrared absorption to measure the carbon and sulfur content.
Main Technical Parameters:
1. Measure Range:
Carbon: 0.0001%-10.0000% (can be extended to 99.999%)
Sulfur: 0.0001%-5.0000% (can be extended to 99.999%)
2. Analysis Error:
Carbon: accord with ISO9556-89 standard
Sulfur: accord with ISO4935-89 standard
3. Time of analysis:
25 to 60 seconds, could be adjusted. Around 35 seconds usually
4. Electronic balance:
Weighing range: 0-100g
5. Precision of read: 0.001g
6. High frequency furnace:
Power: >2.5KVA
Frequency: 20MHz
7. Channel settings: 10 channels for carbon, 10 channels for sulfur
