Haldia M304 is a heterophasic polypropylene (PP) impact copolymer produced using Spheripol Technology. It is engineered for injection molding applications requiring a balanced combination of toughness and rigidity along with high productivity. M304 provides excellent melt flow characteristics (MFI 3.5 g/10 min) and low cycle times, making it ideal for high-volume industrial and consumer molding applications.

With a notched Izod impact strength of 150 J/m, flexural modulus of 950 MPa, and tensile yield strength of 25 MPa, M304 ensures reliable mechanical performance across a range of demanding applications. It also features high heat resistance with a Vicat softening point of 150C and complies with food contact regulations (IS 10146, IS 16738:2018, and FDA 21 CFR 177.1520).
