Gold And Chrome Plated Chalices With Patens

We are offering our client an excellent quality range of Gold and Chrome Plated Chalices with Patens. These are Chalices or church cups in which is put for blessings in a mass in a church.The product is made in 3 stages.The base metal of this product is pure brass sheet of 18 guage thickness and the product is manufactured on a spinning machine with the appropriate die mould of the cup to get the product.Then the cup is put through another mould to get the required finish.
The second stage is to make a base for this chalice, which is also done on the spinning machine.A brass sheet circle of 18 guage thickness and in required order of the customer is put on the machine and the product is taken out as raw sample.Then, as usual, the base product is put in another mould for finishing.
The third stage is to manufacture a knob to hold the cup and the base and this is brass casted in a foundary and machine finished. The product cup is soldered in pure silver a srew of1/4" and the cup is ready for polishing.
The cup, base and the knob are highly polished and then as per the order of the customer, these are either gold plated, nickel plated or chrome plated.The gold plating is done according to the custiomers requirements i.e. in 2 microns, 3 microns, 4 microns, 5 microns upto 10 microns. one micron of gold is 1/1000th of an inch of gold plating.
