Fork Lift Power Units

These Fork Lift Power Units are equipped with a high pressure gear pump, a DC motor, a multi-functional manifold, valves and a tank. This power unit has a power up gravity down circuit. Starting the motor to lift the machine and the lowering movement is activated by the solenoid valve with the lowering speed controlled by the pressure compensated flow control valve.
The power units are widely used in the industry of logistic devices such as fork lift, mini lift table ect.
. Special Notes
1. The power unit is of S3 duty, which can only be worked intermittentiy, ie., 1minute on and 9 minutes off.
2. Clean all the hydraulic parts concerned before mounting the power unit
3. The viscosity of the oil should be 15~68 cst.
4. Change the oil after the first 100 hours of using the power unit, then change the oil every 3000 hours.
5. The power unit should be mounted horizontally.
