The clay is prepared in a mixing chamber by adding raw materials and water is sprayed at the input area of the mixer. The knife on knife effect cuts through the clay ensuring perfect blending of water and raw materials to maintain its homogeneity. In the closed chamber, continuous auger compress the clay and the pair of slicers at the mouth of the barrels slices the clay into thin layers, which further ensures proper mixing of the clay.
