D-canter Centrifuge

There are two type of decanters working in the world wide one is Horizontal De-Canter another one is Vertical De-canter.

Horizontal De-Canter : -

Maximum horizontal De-Canter working in the world wide for solid i? liquid separation. In horizontal De-Canter the feed is pumped through the feed tube in the center of conveyor feed chamber. On centrifugal from the solids throw on the wall side of the bowl and stick on the periphery of the bowl. The light liquid takes place on the counter axis of the conveyor side. The bowl and conveyor is rotation in the same manner on differential rotation. The both rotation is varied by the help of mechanical planetary gear box. The light liquid is coming out from the bowl weire outs. The solid is coming out through the extraction cone. Both the separation is taking place on opposite direction.

Vertical De-Canter :-

he vertical De-Canter is working on moral sensitive chemicals and little different specific gravity of solid i? liquid separation. Some part of chemicals the solid is highly important required materials. Some were the liquid is highly valued materials. Both the separation is takes place in good condition and as per the requirements. In the vertical de-canter the feed is pumped through the feed tube on down word to inside the conveyor feed chamber.
