Axial Flow Frp Fan

PARAG has specially developed 1200mm, 1400mm & 1600mm diameter Axial Flow FRP Fan Systems comprising of FRP impellers, inlet bell shape, inlet & outlet noise spinners and velocity recovery cone for humidification application under a joint R & D Project with ATIRA (Ahmedabad Textile Industry Research Association) & DSIR (Department of Scientific & Industrial Research, Govt. of India). The fan systems have provided unparalleled power saving up to 35% over different makes of Aluminum Fans.

The Axial flow fan system essentially consists of following components
Impeller
Outlet Nose Spinner
Casing
Inlet Bell
Inlet Nose Spinner
Outlet Cone

Impellers
PARAG impellers of the fan are tested for simulated aerodynamic loads, load deflection characteristics and the strain at the shank.

Hub
The design of PARAG fan impeller and hub is based on the worst possible aerodynamic load and centrifugal load scenario. The hub assemblies are statically and dynamically balanced as per ISO standards, to ensure vibration free operations.

Pitch Adjustment
PARAG blades of axial-flow fans are often attached to the hubs by a system, which allows the pitch angle to be set at any desired value on assembly. This adjustment pitch feature enables the fan to be supplied preset for exactly the volume flow required, eliminating the waste of power.
