Anti-slip Carpet Hot Melt Adhesive

Anti-Slip Carpet Hot Melt Adhesive, mainly applied to polyester or cotton woven carpets, mats, and rugs, has two types of anti-slip adhesive, one is hot melt adhesive, and the other is Latex. Hot melt adhesive is mainly used in home carpets, mats, or rugs, and Latex anti-slip adhesive is used in commercial carpets. Using hot melt adhesive is for slight coating, and to prevent skid and fixed yarn. Its major application is indoor carpets, rugs, and bathroom anti-slip mats.

Application Method:

Therea re 2 ways for roller coating, and coating amount is depended on customera s need. The instruction described as follows:

-Upper roller coated with adhesive:

Adhesive is placed between two roller wheels, and it use Hot Melt Machine to melt adhesive. Front roller wheel controls coating thickness, and the rear roller is the coating wheel.

-Down roller coated with adhesive:

Adhesive is placed below the roller wheel, and it use the melting tank behind the roller to melt adhesive. Coating thickness is controlled by the scraper, and the rear roller is the coating wheel. The function of upper roller is only for press the wheel.
