"ACRYL HI "HI IMPACT DENTURE BASE MATERIAL is a true high impact acrylic with excellent flexural and impact strength together with a superior bond strength to acrylic teeth.

Application: Full dentures and Partial dentures.

Properties :
ACRYL HI is a cadmium-free, heat-curing methyl methacrylate-based resin ideally suited for the packing/pressing techniques. It does not contain a chemical catalyst, the curing process requires that the water be heated gradually. The material is supplied in the form of a polymer (powder) and a cross linked monomer (liquid).

Pyrax cross linked heat cure denture material is easy to use for making Full, Partial, Upper and Lower Dentures. There is enough working time, which makes easier packing and good polishing, resulting excellent Denture finishing. Guaranteed color stability, uniformity and strength is ensured with minimal residual monomer contents. ACRYL HI accurately replicate the natural gum tissue and is available in three aesthetic shades Veined Pink/ Light Veined Pink/Light Veined South.

Application :
1. For plaster , waxes , cold & heat curing resins.
2. Particularly indicated for removable orthodontia with spray technique.
3. Separating plaster from plaster.
