Polimaxx GA850, produced by IRPC Public Company Limited (Thailand), is a general-purpose Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS) resin designed for injection molding applications requiring a balance of impact strength, rigidity, and high-gloss aesthetics. With a melt flow rate of 2 g/10 min (220C/10 kg), GA850 provides excellent processability and dimensional stability.

This grade offers tensile strength of 500 kgf/cm, flexural strength of 700 kgf/cm, and Izod notched impact strength of 20 kgfcm/cm (196 J/m), ensuring mechanical robustness across a wide range of consumer and industrial applications. It features a heat distortion temperature of 86C, density of 1.053 g/cm, and Rockwell hardness R112, making it ideal for durable, glossy molded parts.

GA850 is fully compliant with FDA 21 CFR 181.32, EU 10/2011, RoHS, REACH, UL (E132283), and EN 71-3 standards, ensuring safety for consumer and toy applications.
