What is HOT Cranes?

HOT cranes or hydraulic overhead traveling cranes are widely used in different sectors such as engineering units, construction, warehousing and distribution facilities etc. These have high load carrying capacity that can range to 120 Tonnes. Moreover, additional spares can also be added to these cranes to increase their load carrying capacity and functionality. These provide optimum material transfer and handling even in tough working situations, for instance minimum or limited space, high temperature etc. These cranes are sturdy, innovatively designed and also reliable owing to their long service life. How Do Hot Cranes Work:

Hydraulic overload traveling cranes use liquid fluid power for running. Pressure propelled fluids are used to generate, control and transmit power. The fluids generally used are mineral oil, water, silicone oils, propylene glycol etc. The working idea of hot cranes basically is “the force that is applied at one point is transmitted to another point using the fluids”, with the force being almost always multiplied in the process.

• Micro speed, which allows for very slow movement of the cranes to improve the load control
