Following are the Main Features of Rail Clips :-
1i In case of a torque of 10kg.m exerted on the nut, the initial clamping pressure applied on the rail would be 14.9KN; in case of a 15kg.m, the initial clamping pressure would be 27.4KN.
2) Each pair of clips provides a 8KN creep resistant force on the longitudinal direction and a 80KN thrust resistant force on the transverse direction.
3) When the reduction of cushion plate size is up to 3mm through both friction and compression, the clips can still maintain a clamping pressure ranging from 7.9 to 9.7KN.
