This Tumbling Machine is used for rotating bottles filled with contact lenses along with de burring liquid.Sixteen sets of rubber lined rollers are mounted on a stainless steel frame coupled throa chain & sprockets to a reduction gear box & motor.
When motor is switched on all the rollers rotate at required RPM. Loaded bottles are placed in between two successive rollers a number of them at a time to reduce the cycle time. The rollers rotate the bottle along with liquid & lens for specified number of hours for getting the deburring completed on the lens.
