Xtrabond-pf-502 Adhesive

Xtrabond-PF-502 is a ready to use mixture of fillers, made of speciality inert materials, which are very useful for making ISI-BWR & BWP grade plywood, Block board & Flush doors.

Xtrabond-PF-502 is required mainly to enhance the flow time, or making the glue thicker for better & uniform spreading on to the veneer which leads to better bonding between the layers and to reduce absorption & penetration of the glues into the wood tissues.

Physical appearance :- Free flowing whitish brown
Ash content :- 0.6 %
Moisture content :- less than 3% Fat content :- 0.38 %

Glue Formulations :

Liquid PF resin :-100kg, (F/T:-19-23 secs)
XtraBond-PF-502 :-1.5 -3 Kg
Mixing Process : Take 1/3 of Liquid resin with 1.1/2-3 kg of Xtrabond-PF-502 into the Glue mixture, mix it for 10-15 mins.
