Features and use scope of 35SiMn Alloy Steel :

It has good harden ability, cold deformation, medium plastic, bad weld ability. It used to making the small concussion parts of middle speed, middle burthen or high burthen .Such as drive gear, mandrel, connecting rod, worm, engine shaft, flywheel, rotor and blade-disk for steam turbine, the important fastening piece below the temperature is 400a .Except low temperature (below -20a ), impact toughness is a little worse .It can instead of 40Cr to make tempering, some can instead of 40CrNi .
