The Plant Consists OF Following Units
COLD
AGGREGATE FEEDER (FOURBIN): Each bin having independent loadcell and
belt conveyor driven by A.C. brake motors and its feeding control
ensures graded aggregates to gathering conveyor. Sand bin have 2nos.
vibrating motors to ensure easy flow of sand.MAIN
BUCKET ELEVATOR: Bucket elevator with heavy duty chain driven by double
sprocket collect the quantity of aggregate from gathering conveyor.
Cement and Fly ash collects from weighing hopper by screw conveyor
delivers to retention hopper.CEMENT/FLYASH
WEIGHING HOPPER: This unit is weighing on 4 nos. loadcell. Cement is
supplied to bucket elevator through auto control screw conveyor. (Fly
ash weighing hopper optional)CEMENT/FLYASH
STORAGE SILO: Cement feeding from ground level to silo by bucket
elevator or pneumatically. Cement is supplied to weighing hopper
through auto control screw conveyor. Silo have vibratory motor. (Fly
ash storage silo optional)RETENTION
HOPPER: Temporary storage hopper is utilized for holding the batch of
raw mix aggregates before feeding to the pan type mixer with auto
operated hydraulic gate.PAN
TYPE MIXER: Pan type mixer is fixed on heavy structure and having 7
arms and shell is reinforced with replaceable high wear resistant Ni
Hard liners Mixing blades. The aggregates, cement, water and additives
are discharged to Pan Mixer. After homogeneous mixing the batch is
discharged to the Transit Mixer by hydraulic system. Drive by heavy
duty ITALY make planetary gearbox.WATER
WEIGHING: Water will be pumped by water pump from reservoir. Water is
supplied by auto electronic counter meter connected with computerized
controls. Water tank is buyer's scope.ADDITIVES: Admixture tank is having 2nos. loadcells hanging delivers to pan mixer by auto electric control discharge valve.CONTROL
PANEL ROOM: A fully automatic Imported PLC based computerised feather
touch control panel with display screen and Imported AC Drive offers
centralized operation in an insulated dust proof control room. the
plant operation with synchronizing of cement, aggregate and water as
per required jobmix with production printer. (Air Conditioner is in
buyer's scope.)
Optional -: If require, We provide facility for colour graphic monitor, Internet modem connection in control panel.Technical Features
