Key Features

Catering to the various demands of different industries, we have positioned ourselves as the leading manufacturer and supplier of Glass Products. These products are widely used for designing windows and doors installed in various malls, commercial buildings, homes, hotels and resorts. Our Glass Products are made at our state of the art machining facility using float glass & PVB plastic film that are sourced from certified vendors of the market. We can also customize these products as per the requirements of the clients.Features:  Easy to clean High impact strength Durable shine & finish Further Details: Glass Products is a type of safety glass that holds together when shattered. In the event of breaking, it is held in place by an interlayer, typically of polyvinyl butyral (PVB), between its two or more layers of glass. The interlayer keeps the layers of glass bonded even when broken, and its high strength prevents the glass from breaking up into large sharp pieces. This produces a characteristic "spider web" cracking pattern when the impact is not enough to completely pierce the glass. Laminated glass is normally used when there is a possibility of human impact or where the glass could fall if shattered. Skylight glazing and automobile windshields typically use laminated glass. In geographical areas requiring hurricane-resistant construction, laminated glass is often used in exterior storefronts, curtain walls and windows. The PVB interlayer also gives the glass a much higher sound insulation rating, due to the damping effect, and also blocks 99% of incoming UV radiation. We can manufacture all types of security glasses. SEKURETM SEKURETM a high technology glass made of two glass sheets laminated with a PVB (Poly Venyl Butyral) interlayer of various thicknesses i.e 0.38 mm, 0.76 mm, 1.14 mm, 1.52 mm etc. SEKURETM Security GlassTM has the following advantages over other glass types:- No grill required over windows, & still burglar resistant. It's strength & clarity enables architects & builders to use it for obstruction free viewing along with a very high level of security. Reduced maintenance cost. It has UV filtration qualities & hence delays fading of curtains, fabrics and displayed articles. Highly recommended for overhead & underfoot glazing. It reduces sound transmission & is best for acoustics. SEKURETM helps create a safe & secure environment. Sizes Available: We can manufacture all types of mirrors and colored glasses. Varying Thickness: 5 mm TO 30 mm Sizes Available: 2000 mm x 3050 mm (max). Toughened Glass Toughened or tempered glass is a type of safety glass processed by controlled thermal  to increase its strength compared with normal glass. Tempering creates balanced internal stresses which cause the glass, when broken, to crumble into small granular chunks instead of splintering into jagged shards. The granular chunks are less likely to cause injury. Insulating Glass (DGU) Insulated glazing (IG) also known as double glazing are double or triple glass window panes separated  by an air or other gas filled space to reduce heat transfer across a part of the building envelope. Special applications such as acoustic attenuation or security may require wide ranges of thicknesses to be incorporated in the same unit. Acoustic Glass In some situations the insulation is in reference to noise mitigation. In these circumstances a large air space improves the noise insulation quality or Sound transmission class. Asymmetric double glazing, using different thicknesses of glass rather than the conventional symmetrical systems (equal glass thicknesses used for both lites) will improve the acoustic attenuation properties of the IGU. Can also be achieved by using a 0.76 mm PVB Acoustic Interlayerin Laminated Glass Bullet Proof Glass Bulletproof glass (also known as ballistic glass, transparent armor or bullet-resistant glass) is a type of strong but optically transparent material that is particularly resistant to being penetrated when struck by bullets, but like all other known materials, is not completely impenetrable. It is usually made from a combination of two or more types of glass, one hard and one soft. The softer layer makes the glass more elastic, so it can flex instead of shatter. Material Bullet proof glasses are fitted by layers of PVB to get the protection against the fires of /SLR7.62/9MM/REVOLVER/CARBINE from a distance of 10 mtrs. . Special Laminated Glass can also be provided using Polycarbonate Core or 200-400 Micron, transparent film that catches the glass and the bullet fragments. As you know, even small fragments of flying glass can cause considerable damage. Size Varying Thickness: 20 mm to 70 mm. Sizes Available: 2000 x 3000 mm (max). (Weight, height, width, thickness of glasses may vary depending on the specifications of the glass size of the vehicles). Use: used as Of Vehicles, Window Panes etc. Following options on Bullet Proof Glass Thickness : Extra transparent bullet proof glass Glass-glass and glass-poly carbonate Edge work on bullet proof glass User defines shapes Customer defined threats Bullet proof glass to defeat repeated and burst fires Splinter free or non-splinter free bullet proof glass Curved/bend bullet proof glass Water repellent bullet proof glass Heat able back light bullet proof glass for vehicles Automotive Laminated Safety Windscreen The windshield or windscreen of an aircraft, car, bus, motorbike or tram is the front window. Modern windshields are generally made of laminated safety glass, a type of treated glass, which consists of two (typically) curved sheets of glass with a PVB layer laminated between them for safety, and are bonded into the window frame. Motorbike windshields are often made of high-impact acrylic plastic. Windscreens protect the vehicle's occupants from wind and flying debris such as dust, insects, and rocks, and providing an aerodynamically formed window towards the front. UV Coating may be applied to screen out harmful ultraviolet radiation. However, this is usually unnecessary since most auto glass is safety glass that has a Plexiglas coating to prevent shattering. Even if a small amount of UV-B were to be transmitted through the glass, it would be absorbed by the plastic. On motorbikes their main function is to shield the rider from wind, though not as completely as in a car, whereas on sports and racing motorcycles the main function is reducing drag when the rider assumes the optimal aerodynamic configuration with his or her body in unison with the machine, and does not shield the rider from wind when sitting upright. Typically heat-resistant and rubber-like, they are used in sealants, adhesives, lubricants, medical applications (e.g., breast implants), cookware, and insulation. Silicone are polymers that include silicon together with carbon, hydrogen, oxygen, and sometimes other chemical elements. Some common forms include silicone oil, silicone grease, silicone rubber, and silicone resin. Properties This unreferenced section requires citations to ensure verifiability. Some of the most useful properties of silicone include: Low thermal conductivity. Low chemical reactivity. Low toxicity. Thermal stability (constancy of properties over a wide temperature range of -100 oC to 250 oC). The ability to repel water and form watertight seals, although silicone are not hydro-phobes. Does not stick to many substrates, but adheres very well to others, e.g. glass. Does not support microbiological growth. Silicone have excellent resistance to oxygen, ozone, and ultraviolet (UV) light. This property has led to widespread use of Silicone in the construction industry (e.g. coatings, fire protection, glazing seals) and the automotive industry (external gaskets, external trim).   Good electrical insulation. Because silicone can be formulated to be electrically insulative or conductive, it is suitable for a wide range of electrical applications. They have high gas permeability: at room temperature (25 oC), the permeability of silicone rubber for such gases as oxygen is approximately 400 times[citation needed] that of Butyl Rubber, making silicone useful for medical applications in which increased aeration is desired. However, silicone rubbers cannot be used where gas-tight seals are necessary. Automotive In the automotive field, silicone grease is typically used as a lubricant for brake components since it is stable at high temperatures, is not water-soluble, and is far less likely than other lubricants to foul. Automotive spark plug wires are insulated by multiple layers of silicone to prevent sparks from jumping to adjacent wires, causing misfires. Silicone tubing is sometimes used in automotive intake systems (especially for engines with forced induction). Sheet silicone is used to manufacture gaskets used in automotive engines, transmissions, and other applications. Automotive body manufacturing plants and paint shops avoid Silicone, as they may cause "fish eyes", small, circular craters in the finish. Additionally, silicone compounds such as silicone rubber are used as coatings and sealants for airbags; the high strength of silicone rubber makes it an optimal adhesive/sealant for high impact airbags. Coatings Silicone films can be applied to such silica-based substrates as glass to form a covalently bonded hydrophobic coating. Many fabrics can be coated or impregnated with silicone to form a strong, waterproof composite such as Silnylon.
