Automatic Wafer Biscuit Making Plant Amrit Engineering works has designed & developed a very compact Automatic Wafer Biscuit Making Plant is suited for the production of  Flat Wafer Cream Biscuit . This Fully Automatic operated plant Oven can consists of . 12, 18,24,30 up to 36 wafer plates of 230 x 290mm (The baking plates are made of special cast alloy) to produce wafer sheets in every 2 minutes per baking  plate (depending upon the on recipe of batter) The batter is infused by means of a very exact, adjustable feeder into the machine baking plates to produce wafer Sheets. Thickness of wafer sheets are adjustable between 2.5 mm to 5 mm. Once wafer sheets are manufactured then its further pass to Sheet Cooling line , here wafer sheet allows to cool for creaming and sandwiching  process and then further pass to  optional Book cooling unit to allow cream to settle in sheets before cutting  and then ready for last process in cutting and packing unit to ready your product.
