Permanent Heavy Duty Drawer Type Magnetic Separator

We are a known name providing Permanent Heavy Duty Drawer Type Magnatic Seperator that are installed in the glide path of the process material, so that the material is guided through the magnetic separator, which is provided with a hopper/ flange opening, wherein the material is passing through a pipe line or a duct. The magnetic separator constitutes a SS 304 / SS 316 parent vessel body to support series of Magnetic Grills placed vertically, one above the other. So that the contaminated material flows through this series of magnetic umbrella for effective separation of tramp iron and fine ferrous particles found in the process material. Ideally 2 or 3 layers of magnetic grills are provided for 2 stage / 3 stage magnetic separation when the process material is passing in the domain of the magnetic separator parent body.

The number of magnetic grills provided in the parent body, the number of magnetic rollers provided in the magnetic grill and the overall dimension of the parent body including the inlet/outlet dimensions are calculated by us as we receive the following information from the end user.

(A) Nature of Process material, its general description.
(B) Average particle size of the process material.
(C) Flow Rate in TPH at the location where the magnetic separator is intended to be installed.
(D) Bulk Density of the process material.
(E) Moisture Content in the process material.
(F) Ambient Temperature of the process material.
