LOW ASH METALLURGICAL COKE STALLION ENERGY's METALLURGICAL COKE is produced by destructive distillation of cooking coal in coke ovens. Prepared coal is "coked" or heated in an oxygen-free atmosphere until all volatile components in the coal evaporate.
